Sirena Vineyard Resort, home of Manucci Winery and Manucci Spirits, is a family-owned Paso Robles estate winery operating since 1995. Located in the Adelaida District, the property features a winery, distillery, and bed and breakfast. Manucci Spirits produces Italian aperitifs and flavored Brandy.
Dining options include gourmet breakfast. The property offers winery and distillery tours with barrel tastings on Saturdays. The 40-acre mountaintop estate features open-air areas and walking/hiking trails.
